Krystal will be attending the 76th Cannes Film Festival for “Cobweb”!
On May 9, it was announced that the official screening of “Cobweb” will take place on May 25. Accordingly, Krystal will carry our various scheduled activities including official press conferences and red carpet events together with Director Kim Ji Woon as well as her co-stars.
“Cobweb” is a black comedy film in which Song Kang Ho stars as an obsessive film director in the 1970s who is struggling to complete his new film, leading a star-studded cast that also includes Im Soo Jung, Jeon Yeo Been, f(x)’s Krystal, and Oh Jung Se.
Krystal expressed excitement and gratitude by saying, “I am very happy and honored to be invited to the Cannes Film Festival, which was simply only a dream since the beginning of my acting career. ‘Cobweb’ is a project that I enjoyed so much that going on set made my heart flutter. I hope many viewers will see and enjoy [this film]. Since I was invited to Cannes, I will watch and learn diligently to show further improvement.”
The 2023 Cannes Film Festival will take place from May 16 to 27.
